30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your ClearDay purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

How It Works

1. Email us at niebauerlenny1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a short note that you'd like a refund.
3. We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because our product is a personal-use item, you do not need to return opened products. For unopened products, we may ask you to return them; in that case, we will cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Subscriptions

Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day guarantee, counted from the delivery date of each individual shipment. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account — cancellation stops all future charges but does not affect the guarantee on orders already delivered.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times vary. If the refund still hasn't arrived, contact us at info@cleardayshop.com.
