Subscription Policy

By purchasing a ClearDay subscription, you agree to the following terms.

What You Get

Subscribers receive [X]% off every order and free standard shipping. Your product ships automatically every [30 / 60 / 90] days, so you never run out.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically. Your payment method will be charged at the interval you selected, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You will receive an email notification before each upcoming order.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee. To cancel:

1. Log in to your customer account on cleardayshop.com, or use the "Manage Subscription" link in any of your subscription emails.
2. Select your subscription and click "Cancel subscription."

Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. Orders that have already been processed or shipped will still be delivered and are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see our Refund Policy).

Skipping, Pausing & Changes

Don't need your next delivery yet? Through your customer account you can also skip a delivery, pause your subscription, change the delivery interval, or update your shipping address and payment method at any time.

Price Changes

If we ever change the subscription price, we will notify you by email in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you by email. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription will be paused automatically.
